Balance in life is highly personal and unique to each individual. It's not about trying to imitate other people's balance, but rather finding what works best for you. Finding your own balance is key to achieving happiness.

‣ Be an Introspective Person
We know that our desires are never-ending. There is no specific formula to make us happy. The truth is that nothing can truly satisfy us in life. So, think about what you want in life? What kind of life do you want to lead? What kind of people do you want in your life? And, sometimes, ask yourself what do you want more of: more work or less family time?
Asking questions like these will help you to analyze your wants more deeply, and ultimately you can start working to achieve them. Make this a habit.
‣ Prioritize, Prioritize, Prioritize
I cannot emphasize enough on this.
We all have so many responsibilities, both at work and in our personal lives. It can often feel like there's not enough time in the day to get everything done. That's why it is so important to prioritize our responsibilities to ensure that we are taking care of ourselves, our work, and our family in the best way possible.
By prioritizing tasks, we can make sure that we are giving each one the attention it deserves and making progress without feeling overwhelmed.
‣ Plan Your Day
Take a few minutes each morning to plan out your day. Decide what tasks need to be done, what you can realistically accomplish, and how much time you will devote to each task. This will give you a better idea of how best to use your time throughout the day and ensure that all of your important tasks are completed.
Also, you can keep a small notebook with you at all times. As the days pass, use it to jot down any thoughts that come to mind throughout the day, so that you won't forget them.

‣ Love What You Do
This is the most important thing that you should keep in mind. You need to love everything you do in life, be it work, family, or with friends. Distance yourself from, or avoid, things that bring negative energy, as one aspect of life can influence the other aspects of your life.
Jeff Bezos once said, “If I am happy at home, I come into the office with tremendous energy. And if I am happy at work, I come home with tremendous energy. It actually is a circle; it’s not a balance.”
So find that harmony to find balance in life.
‣ Put Your Personal Life First
We all have different lives, and for some, work life might be important, while for others, social life and family might be important. However, one thing that we all must prioritize is our personal life. Having a content personal life will have a positive domino effect on your life. It will help you to think better, work better, socialize better.
Be kind to yourself, have a personal space, explore yourself. This self-reflection will enable you to do the things that make you happy and give you satisfaction. Additionally, it can help you to manage your feelings better, bring order to your chaotic lives, and reach inner peace.
Ultimately, it will help you to achieve all of the above. It is the answer to finding the right balance in life.
